…in 1990 in Kharkov, Ukraine and still living here. I love my home city and for now I see no good reason to move anywhere else. I usually present myself as a web-programmer.
Right now I am focused on programming.
I wrote my first “helloworld” when I was 7, but I code not just “helloworlds” but kinda (a bit) more complicated stuff since I was 12. I used to be a back-end developer, but now I transitioned to front-end.
Most of my hobbies are somewhat relaeted to computers. My obsession with computers began when I was 4 and I first saw an IBM machine. I never really liked playing games, was more into watching how are they made and what do they offer. So yes, one my hobby is game design. Another one is low polygon modeling. I have a dream of building my own computer game one day (not just a game, but THE game, that would be a decent game worth playing)
I believe that the most valuable things are ones that stay after we are gone. I realize that no one will remember about me in hundred years or so, so the best thing I can do is contribute to something, right here, right now. Of course, my ultimate goal is to take over the world, but I also put my hope in me making this world a bit better using IT.
Currently I’m working for Aginity as a React developer. That’s pretty much all. I like the project and the team and for now have no intentions on changing it
On the bottom every page of this website there is my contact information. Feel free to write me anytime regarding anything. Skype is the best way to reach me these days.
It’s Ilia. When I was a kid my dad told me it is written that way. My name is often transliterated as “Ilya”. Some social network think I am “Ilja”. My international passport says I’m “Illia”, which is just ill. The standards are different everywhere, but I prefer “Ilia”
